Low-calorie banana cookies. A lot of fun and only 2 ingredients

Healthy food is delicious. You can prove it in 2 accounts, you just have to try unusual banana cookies with oatmeal. An incredibly gentle, slightly volatile and insanely fragrant cookie will be an excellent complement to your morning coffee. You can use it for snacking.

For cooking you will need:

  • 2 slightly overripe bananas (approximately 1 cup of mashed potatoes);
  • 1 cup of oatmeal.

Turn on the oven and let it warm up to 180 C. While the oven is heating, turn bananas into mashed potatoes using a fork or the back of a spoon. Mix banana puree with oatmeal in equal shares. At the exit we get the batter. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly oiled, and spread the dough with a spoon, keeping the distance between the cookies. Making sure that the oven has the right temperature, send it to the baking sheet for 12-15 minutes. The finished cookie will darken slightly and a crisp will appear. Bringing cookies out of the oven, just wait a few minutes and then serve it to the table, without waiting for complete cooling.

If desired, you can add nuts, raisins, chocolate chips or peanut butter to the cookies. Delicacy will get a completely different taste, it is a pity that the caloric content will increase.
